Example Design

What separates us from other construction companies besides our expertise in Design | Build? We set our price based on the project scope then lock it. Further, we don't play the change order game. Inside the defined scope of the project documents, change orders are pass-through if a change in price occurs from the subcontractor or for a material change. We will work to prevent or minimize these occurences, if possible. Otherwise, change orders are utilized to document the process without additional builder mark-ups. Effectively, this is a cost-plus-fixed-fee service agreement to build your home with no games or tricks. We provide full disclosure on pricing.
